The story takes place after the events of Survival Guide 1, where a zombie virus outbreak occurs. The protagonist, Xu Haiyang, along with other survivors, successfully escapes from the mall but unfortunately gets into a car accident while fleeing. When Xu Haiyang regains consciousness, he finds himself in a gloomy hospital, thus beginning a new story.

 

故事背景发生在生存指南1故事线之后，丧尸病毒爆发，以主角徐海阳为首的求生者们成功逃离了商场，但是在逃跑路上不幸发生车祸，等徐海阳醒过来时，却出现在了一家阴森的医院里。。。。。。从而开始了新的故事。
